Outcome 4.9.254: Red flags;
- Signs of sepsis – (high fever>3 8.5, rigors, altered mental state, tachycardia, prolonged cap refill >2 sec)
- Fever in baby < 3 months
- Signs meningococcal disease – (petechial/purpuric rash, headache and vomiting, meningism)
- Jaundice and/or anemia
- Tachypnea and/or signs respiratory distress
- New murmurs
- Unexplained rash
- Severe pain
- Unexplained fever > 1 week
